The terms of this Agreement and the terms of the license Agreement are not intended to conflict with or supersede those of Rabinovici and Associates, Inc. Terms and Conditions or any other agreement entered into between you and Rabinovici and Associates, Inc. The Agreements shall run concurrently as to the respective subject matter contained in each.
This agreement is governed, subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the State of Florida, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you, and Rabinovici and Associates, Inc. with respect to this Challenge. In no event will Rabinovici and Associates, Inc. be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or related to this agreement, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption or loss of business information.
