Implement an interactive activity to motivate the sales force during the convention celebrating the company’s 125th anniversary.

An analogy called Mission Possible was developed. Each member of the Mission represented the required values to reach the ambitious forecast sales goals. Ms. Perseverance, Mr. Challenge, Ms. Shrewd, Mr. Tenacity and Ms. Optimist came to life and became the main motivators during the team’s meetings and activities.

  • For a third consecutive year, and despite demanding sales expectations, goals were met and the convention had a higher than expected number of participants
  • A long term activity was created, which started as a send-up and ended as an element included in the corporate culture
