Generate a hotel identity reflected in every element of communication.

A surprise box was created for all the amenities, whose content reflected the service philosophy; e.g. instead of the sewing kit, a card was placed with a message that read: You did not come to Cartagena to sew; let us help you if you need this service. The logo, which was an abstraction of the building with its recognizable round floor and corporate colors, was applied to all communication elements.
